- Detailed investigation of decay to timbers.

- Resistograph Drilling to structural timbers

Athelhampton Hall, Athelhampton
- Monitoring the drying down of the building after fire damage.

The Grove, Watford
- Detailed investigation of decay to timbers in The Grove.
- Non-destructive Investigation to a number of listed Cottages.
- Stress grading of principal timber members.

Clewer Manor, Windsor
- Detailed investigation of decay to principal structural timbers
throughout the building.

Dorset Mansions, London
- Pigeon damage survey and advice on eradication of pigeons from the
building.

The White Tower, Tower of London
- Installation of a monitoring system and monitoring of the towers
environment over a twelve month period to establish the causes of
deterioration to the internal structure and investigation of lead
corrosion.

Somerset House
- Monitoring and advising on the damp and drying down of the building
following water damage.
- Determine the source of water damage to internal finishes.
- Detailed diagnostic non-destructive surveys for timber decay.
- Recommendations for environmental control.
